With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in organizing exhibitions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Events Assistant/Secretariat at PL Events.

Main duties:

  • Receives and screens Incoming Mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate
  • Continuous communication and follow up with our exhibitors, partners, visitors, etc.
  • Writing and sending press releases and newsletters
  • Organizing conferences, workshops, etc during the exhibitions
  • Entry of new exhibitors and visitors in our database
  • Responsible for our advertising program(websites/magazines)
  • Managing documents and data
  • Conducting market research
  • Assisting with basic financial tasks and expenses
  • Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • College/ University degree
  • Experience and knowledge of events communication/sales will be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Very good knowledge of basic Microsoft Tools such as Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizations skills
