What We are looking for
As a VIP Event Host, you will deliver exceptional customer service at various events, including football and basketball matches, corporate meetings, and other company-hosted activities.
What you will work on
- Provide outstanding service to guests during events.
- Communicate event-related details to management, staff, and customers.
- Support operational and promotional efforts to ensure event success.
- Collaborate with event planners, caterers, and vendors, resolving issues to maintain smooth event execution.
- Assist high-value players and VIP guests, ensuring top-tier hospitality experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of responsibility in managing the company's most valuable clients.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Events Management or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to attend special events
