Job Description

Scorpios is seeking a Head of F&B Reservations and Events, who will lead the strategy, structure, and standards for F&B reservations and events across all current and future Scorpios locations. The role's objective is to set up each destination for success by building and optimizing systems, training teams, and ensuring smooth operations before openings and the handover to local leadership.

Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Leadeship

• Collaborate closely with the COO and Commercial team to define and drive the global strategy for F&B reservations and events, ensuring alignment with Scorpios' overall vision and growth plans.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, SOPs, and team structures customized for each location to maximize efficiency and brand consistency.
• Champion the standardization and scalability of F&B reservations and events processes across all existing and upcoming Scorpios destinations, enabling seamless guest experiences worldwide; empowering the teams to operate as per Scorpios standards.

Client & Booking Management

• Strategically identify and cultivate relationships with target guests aligned with Scorpios' brand profile for both F&B and events, maintaining a compliant global guest database per Scorpios location.
• Oversee the end-to-end F&B reservations journey—from inquiry through confirmation to personalized follow-up—ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint; per location.
• Personally manage high-value VIP and priority client bookings to uphold premium service standards epowring local teams to do the same.
• Leverage data insights and analytics to optimize table turnover, event capacity, and guest flow, driving operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Event Coordination & Execution

• Research and identify relevant events, trends, and opportunities to grow Scorpios' event portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to create compelling events that attract the right clientele and align with the brand's identity.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to maximize event attendance and engagement.
• Monitor market insights and competitor activities to continuously refine event strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  

New Openings & Expansion

Lead the setup of F&B reservations and events operations for new and existing locations, prepare the teams for every new season/operation.

• Implement tools, systems, and training aligned with Scorpios' standards.
• Prepare local teams for launches and hand over daily management smoothly.
• Support local teams as needed to ensure clarity and success.

Job Requirements – Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-evolving, cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in English
