We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Kitchen Coordinator to support the Executive Chef and the wider culinary team. This pivotal administrative role will involve overseeing daily administrative duties, ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and coordination across departments. You will serve as the organizational backbone of our kitchen team, ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Executive Chef, including managing calendar, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules in coordination with the culinary leadership team, including handling changes or adjustments to shifts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate staff records and kitchen documentation on internal platforms such as HRHub.
  • Monitor, collect, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submissions and proper filing.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to kitchen performance, staffing, and food cost.
  • Coordinate kitchen-related events and ensure timely communication across departments.
  • Support the planning and organization of special events, functions, and VIP services.
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a hospitality or culinary environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HR management platforms (e.g., HRHub).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with chefs, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • A flexible, discreet, and service-oriented attitude.
