About The Role
Hirelink Agency is building 2026 kitchen brigades and is
leading the hiring process
for Cook A Avacross Greece. If you run a station to high standards, communicate clearly in English, and thrive in service, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

  • Lead an assigned station (hot/cold/pastry), ensure mise en place, portioning, and 5 presentation.
  • Coordinate pass timing with service. uphold HACCP and allergen controls, maintain temperature logs.
  • Train and guide Cook B & C team members, manage prep lists, support ordering, stock rotation, and waste control.
  • Keep recipes/spec sheets and labeling up to date, maintain a clean, audit-ready station.

What you bring

  • 2+ seasons leading a station (hotel or high-volume restaurant).
  • English for kitchen communication (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven hygiene & safety mindset, HACCP familiarity.
  • Reliability, speed, teamworkespecially during peak service.
  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).
  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
