Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

We are looking for Overnight In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Seasonal team for 2025

What You Will Do

• Coordinate guest in-room dining orders during overnight hours, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen, and the delivery of orders and complementary in-room amenities are made according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Answer telephone calls using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all necessary information to process the guest's order according to Four Seasons Standards, describing the selection of food & beverage menu items with vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Upsell additional services and products in order to maximize revenues.
• Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; ensure the quality of food and beverage items; coordinate with Room Service Servers to ensure timely and proper delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of amenities, coordinating orders from the kitchen and delivering them efficiently during overnight shifts.

What You Bring

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:
