Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Athens at Haido INSPIRATIONS. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, assisting with communication, and overall administrative assistance to the team.

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance proficiency
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
