About the Company

OLIAROS, founded in 2001, is a high-end real estate – property development company. It is devoted to the creation of unique homes, neighborhoods and communities that can offer an authentic sense of belonging, no matter their scale or location. The company aims at creating thriving symbiotic microenvironments within existing communities, taking into consideration local characteristics, culture and the landscape.

OLIAROS is looking for a new member who will be based in Athens and will be supporting the coordination and monitoring of various regional projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project contracts, budgets and payment certifications
  • Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, designers and other key stakeholders
  • Support with overseeing project timelines and coordination of design teams
  • Conduct site visits and performance reports for the management team
  • Monitor building permit applications
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Ability to travel within Greece as required

Requirements

  • A degree in Architecture
  • 3-5 years of work experience in design and construction
  • Proficient in Greek and English both written and oral
  • Familiar with principles and methods of contracts, project management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, negotiating, applicable codes and regulations, basic understanding of related architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
