Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project Manager based in Athens. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of various projects, coordinating with expeditors, overseeing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the construction or insulation industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in writing, planning and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion
  • Coordinate with expeditors and logistics teams to monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear, consistent communication across all project phases
  • Monitor overall project progress and performance, identifying and escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, logs, and correspondence
