Η ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά για λογαριασμό κορυφαίας εταιρείας Hλεκτρικής Ενέργειας, τον επόμενο Assistant Project Manager για να ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της ομάδας.

Τοποθεσία: Κέντρο Αθήνας

 Σύμβαση: Ορισμένου χρόνου, με προοπτική ανανέωσης

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Συμμετοχή στον συντονισμό σχεδίασης και ολοκλήρωσης κάθε έργου
  • Δημιουργία και ενημέρωση του φακέλου κάθε έργου, περιλαμβάνοντας καταχώριση τεχνικών εγγράφων
  • Συμμετοχή στον συντονισμό και την επικοινωνία με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη
  • Ενημέρωση και επικαιροποίηση των στοιχείων του έργου (χρηματοροές, χρονοδιάγραμμα, προϋπολογισμός)
  • Οργάνωση και υποστήριξη συσκέψεων για τεχνικά και συμβατικά θέματα
  • Επίλυση λειτουργικών και τεχνικών ζητημάτων του δικτύου καταστημάτων
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση των συμβάσεων και των τιμολογήσεων του εκάστοτε έργου

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ 
  • Απαραίτητη Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 6 μηνών σε θέση Project Management
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office και Microsoft Project
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων οπτικοποίησης δεδομένων (Power BI) και διαχείρισης έργων (Jira, Share Point)
  • Άνεση στην επικοινωνία, πνεύμα ομαδικής εργασίας και δυναμισμός
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις

  •  Αν εμπίπτει στα ενδιαφέροντα σου αυτός ο ρόλος, μη διστάσεις να υποβάλεις απευθείας αίτηση. Οι σύμβουλοί μας θα επικοινωνήσουν με τους υποψηφίους που πληρούν τις παραπάνω απαιτήσεις για να προγραμματίσουν συνέντευξη.
  • Όσον αφορά τα επόμενα βήματα, θα υπάρξουν 2 ακόμη συνεντεύξεις με την εταιρεία/πελάτη είτε δια ζώσης είτε διαδικτυακά.
