Η εταιρεία μας, με πολυετή εμπειρία σε συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες και υλοποίηση έργων για τον Δημόσιο Τομέα και προγράμματα που χρηματοδοτούνται από εθνικούς και ευρωπαϊκούς πόρους, αναζητά Project Assistant / Associate για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τον Head του τομέα, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση έργων, την οργάνωση διαδικασιών και την παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.

Καθήκοντα :

  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση έργων του Δημοσίου και συγχρηματοδοτούμενων προγραμμάτων.
  • Παρακολούθηση προθεσμιών, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και παραδοτέων.
  • Οργάνωση εγγράφων, φακέλων και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας.
  • Σύνταξη και επιμέλεια αναφορών, πρακτικών και διοικητικών κειμένων.
  • Επικοινωνία με εταίρους, δημόσιους φορείς και stakeholders.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι οι διαδικασίες ακολουθούνται με ακρίβεια και συνέπεια.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση Διοίκηση, Οικονομικά, Πολιτικές/Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες, Επαγγέλματα Υγείας ή συναφείς σπουδές).
  • Εμπειρία σε υποστήριξη έργων, project assistance ή γραμματειακή/διοικητική υποστήριξη.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων και τήρησης deadlines.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office και εργαλείων project management.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
