Assistant Restaurant Manager για το κατάστημα Ergon House στην Αθήνα.

Ο Assistant Restaurant Manager είναι υπεύθυνος για την ομαλή λειτουργία του καταστήματος και διατηρεί άμεση συνεργασία με την ομάδα του εστιατορίου.

Τα καθήκοντά σας:

  • Υποστηρίζει και καθοδηγεί την ομάδα, εξασφαλίζοντας μια μοναδική εμπειρία φιλοξενίας για κάθε επισκέπτη.
  • Διαχειρίζεται αποτελεσματικά την καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος, επιλύοντας άμεσα τυχόν ζητήματα που προκύπτουν.
  • Ελέγχει τη σωστή εφαρμογή διαδικασιών σχετικά με παραλαβές, παραγγελίες και τιμολόγηση προϊόντων.
  • Συμμετέχει ενεργά στην εκπαίδευση, ανάπτυξη και αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον χώρο της εστίασης (τουλάχιστον 1-2 έτη).
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και προσανατολισμός στην ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
