charismatic and ambitious Restaurant Manager
to take the reins of a
newly opened fine dining Greek concept
, set inside the most prestigious 5* Hotel resort in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager to relocate to the Kingdom of Bahrain, to deliver unforgettable moments, inspire your team, and curate experiences that leave guests breathless.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the face of the dining experience, leading a talented international team, and working hand-in-hand with an exceptional kitchen brigade. Reporting into the Operations Director for the group, the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team in a Michelin star or luxury restaurant, with the ability to set the tone for colleagues, work closely with the kitchen team, and build relationships with guests. The restaurant is part of a small luxury group, the management team is made up of expats from around the world to support new starters joining.
The Kingdom of Bahrain has one of the most diverse and modern economies in the region with a particularly large financial services sector. The kingdom has a large international expat community and enjoys the same more relaxed laws as the UAE with one of the strongest currencies in the world and a 0% tax rate.
