LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

1. 
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
:

1.1

Είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθημερινή κατάρτιση των δρομολογίων μεταφοράς αποκομιδής και έχει την ευθύνη της υλοποίησης των σχετικών εργασιών στα Πολυκέντρα Ανακύκλωσης πανελλαδικώς.

1.2

Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας, της ποσότητας, των αποθεμάτων, των χρόνων παράδοσης, των εξόδων μεταφορών και της αποτελεσματικότητας.

1.3

Διαχειρίζεται και επιβλέπει τον οικονομικό προϋπολογισμό του τμήματος.

1.4

Εισηγείται των αναγκών προμήθειας για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του τμήματος και μεριμνά για τη διανομή και την ορθή χρήση τους.

1.5

Μεριμνά για τη στελέχωση και ομαλή λειτουργία – συντήρηση όλου του εταιρικού στόλου οχημάτων (μηχανές, Vans, φορτηγά).

1.6

Συνεργασία με μεταφορικές εταιρείες.

1.7

Σε συνεργασία με τα αντίστοιχα τμήματα φροντίζει για τον προγραμματισμό συντήρησης, επισκευής βλαβών    και αποθήκευσης του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και των οχημάτων.

1.8

Επίτευξη στόχων δαπανών, παραγωγικότητας και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων (KPIs)

1.9

Τήρηση παραμέτρων και ανάλυση δεδομένων για την εκτίμηση των επιδόσεων και την υλοποίηση βελτιώσεων του τμήματος logistics.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα
:

2.1

Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου: Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικά, ή Logistics ή Αλυσίδα Εφοδιασμού.

2.2

Άριστη γνώση MS Office.

2.3

Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

2.4

Άριστες δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και επικοινωνίας.

2.5

Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία ως Logistics Director (τουλάχιστον 5 έτη σε μεγάλη εταιρεία).

2.6

Ικανότητα διοίκησης και διαχείρισης προσωπικού.

2.7

Άριστες δεξιότητες ανάλυσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και οργάνωσης.

2.8

Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας και χειρισμού πολλαπλών έργων.
