The Role

We are seeking a 
Sales Director
 to lead new business and account growth across 
O&M services
 and 
EPC (solar + storage)
. You'll own the full commercial cycle: market mapping, outreach, solution shaping, proposal/tender management, negotiation, and closing. You will partner with engineering, project delivery, and leadership to ensure our commercial promises translate into delivered value.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sales plan & pipeline
     for O&M contracts, EPC (solar + storage), repowering/retrofit, and hybrid/optimization projects
  • Prospect & qualify
     developers, IPPs, investors/asset managers, and C&I customers; build multi‑stakeholder relationships (technical & commercial)
  • Lead proposals/RFPs/tenders:
     scope, pricing logic, risk/assumption logs, delivery model, and timeline
  • Negotiate and close
     multi‑year O&M agreements and EPC contracts with clear SLAs and KPIs
  • Forecast & report
     in CRM (stage hygiene, win probabilities, quarterly outlook); collaborate on marketing campaigns/events
  • Coordinate
     with engineering & PMO to ensure bid feasibility, site readiness, and smooth handover to delivery
  • Represent PVmaint IKE
     at industry events; contribute market feedback to refine offerings (e.g., storage, repowering, performance analytics)

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated 
    B2B sales
     success (end‑to‑end ownership: prospect → close → grow)
  • Energy/renewables
     experience is a strong plus (solar PV O&M/EPC, storage, hybrid systems, performance analytics)
  • Strong commercial fundamentals: value‑based selling, pricing logic, contract terms, risk management
  • Ability to engage technical and financial stakeholders (engineering leads, asset managers, CFO/COO)
  • Clear communication (Greek & English preferred), crisp proposals, and disciplined follow‑through
  • Willingness to 
    travel
     to customer offices and solar parks (as needed)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with 
    utility‑scale
     O&M scopes (preventive/corrective maintenance, SCADA monitoring, IV‑curve testing, warranty management)
  • Exposure to 
    EPC
     commercial cycles (permits, schedule, BoQ, subcontractors, HSE) and 
    storage
     value cases
  • Experience with 
    RFP/tender
     structures, framework agreements, or PPAs for C&I and IPPs
  • Proficiency with CRM, pipeline analytics, and bid/no‑bid governance
