Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a U.S.-Based Technology Company. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating their tech-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience while communicating in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to technology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for a variety of software and hardware products
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and follow-up purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and enhance service offerings
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments to better assist customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is required; English proficiency is highly beneficial
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in the technology sector, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers
  • Ability to problem-solve technical issues in a calm and effective manner
  • Proficient in using customer support software and familiar with CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
