Dutch Speaking CS Agent For Cloud-based Storage And File Synchronization

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for a leading provider of cloud-based storage and file synchronization solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them maximize the utility of our innovative services.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding cloud storage services, ensuring they understand how to use the product effectively
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable solutions to enhance user experience
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and quality improvement
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English considered an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a technical or IT-related field
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to diagnose problems and offer effective solutions to customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with technology products
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- A passion for cloud technologies and a willingness to learn about storage solutions
