Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives at an esteemed American Multinational Technology Corporation. This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience across various technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to technology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and troubleshooting steps
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, order management, and technical support
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service delivery and problem resolution
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially within the technology sector, is preferred
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proficient in managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge is desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
