The Head of Request Management and Fulfilment Unit is responsible for the team that receives and handles requests from the end customers of Service Providers, maintaining open communication with field teams and internal teams, with the goal of delivering the service to end customers within the agreed time frame (SLA).\

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for overseeing the contractual obligations of FiberGrid towards Service Providers (e.g., SLA for order intake and service delivery, disputes regarding proper delivery) and the service activation flow.
• Is responsible of the team that manages and distributes active equipment.
• Maintains an open line of communication with the Providers to resolve any questions regarding the outcome of their orders.
• Is responsible for the assimilation of commercial requirements and their management by the service activation team.
• Coordinates internal teams participating in the fulfilment of requests, thus achieving timely service delivery.
• Specifies and analyzes the IT application requirements used in FiberGrid's communication with Service Providers (e.g., WCRM)
• Maintains and delivers performance reports to senior management
• Monitors developments in the telecommunications sector and the actions of competent bodies, and designs appropriate procedures to support them at both operational and IT levels.

Requirements:

• University/Technical Education Institute Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or another technological field
• At least eight (8) years of experience in the telecommunications sector, specifically in Project Coordination and Technical Support departments, including at least two (2) years in roles of responsibility as a supervisor
• Experience in the use of CRM systems
• Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
