The Supervisor of Telecom IT System Architecture and Business Analysis Team acts as the Supervisor of a newly established team that ensures the effective design of telecommunications ΙΤ system solutions, aiming to deliver optimal user experience and service. This is achieved by establishing appropriate business processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Designs IT systems that support the development of the FTTH network, as well as the services, products, and solutions based on Fibergrid's FTTH network.
• Analyses commercial requirements and changes in Fibergrid's Telecom IT systems.
• Maps, designs, evaluates, and optimises business processes in order to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Defines and designs technological solutions aimed at achieving business objectives, including technological solutions and changes to service models, processes, and/or operations.
• Develops, regularly reviews, and participates in the implementation of Fibergrid's Telecom IT architecture, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategy.
• Collaborates with PPC's business units and technical experts to develop solutions that ensure alignment between customer expectations and Telecom IT capabilities.
• Is responsible for the team which is actively involved in demand and project portfolio management, oversees the implementation of Capacity Management practices, and provides coaching to the Department's analysts.
• Develops and adopts the practices, techniques and methodologies of the Department's Project Management Office (PMO) for the optimal management of IT projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute/College, preferably, in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a Bachelor of Science or other technological discipline.
• A Master's degree or an MBA in a related subject will be an asset
• At least six (6) years of experience in a Telecommunications Provider or a consulting firm for IT-related telecommunications projects.
• At least two (2) years of experience in team management
• Knowledge and experience in developing and operating BSS/OSS systems within a Telecommunications Provider
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge of MS Project or a similar tool for management planning and task tracking (i.e. Service Now)
• Knowledge of data processing using applications such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI
• Knowledge of collection, documentation, management, prioritization of business and technical requirements using, by way of example, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure Boards
• Very good oral and written communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
• Desirable knowledge of protocols and technologies, indicatively: REST, JSON, JSON API, SOAP
• Knowledge of Agile practices is desirable
