The Senior CRM Engineer is a member of the team of engineers responsible for the development and operation of CRM systems supporting FiberGrid's FTTH network-based services, products, and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the implementation, configuration and smooth operation of the CRM/OFS information systems or/and new capabilities in existing FiberGrid's CRM/OFS systems.
• Leads the team and vendors in the implementation and operation of interfaces with Telecom operators using FiberGrid's FTTH network and with OSS and BSS systems.
• Monitors the implementation of agreed KPIs based on the agreements with other Telecommunications providers and/or regulatory requirements and carries out corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Works closely with the Department of Functional Support to Digital Systems Development & Operation of PPC Group for the implementation and operation of the Group' s CRM system interfaces, Service Management, etc.
• Cooperates closely with FiberGrid's Technical Departments for the technical implementation of products and services including the implementation and seamless operation of the required interfaces with Network Design and Development systems
• Works closely with FiberGrid's Architecture Department for designing new CRM systems and/or new capabilities thereof, contributing to the creation of the required specifications.
• Contributes to the achievement of financial goals by anticipating the requirements/needs of CRM systems and executing the necessary implementations within the allocated budget and time.
• Manages effectively CRM/OFS system Vendors.
• Provides support and response for emergency incidents.
• Promotes and strengthens teamwork, cross-departmental collaboration and CX culture.

Requirements:

• University/Technological Education Institute (TEI)/College bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Networks/Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or a Bachelor of Science or other technological discipline
• A Master's degree in a related subject will be an asset
• At least five (5) years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and smooth operation of information systems at a Telecommunications Provider, Financial Institution, IT Solutions Provider
• Desirable experience in team management (e.g. vendors, project teams)
• Knowledge of CRM systems Development and Operation at a Telecommunications Provider, IT solution provider
• Knowledge of Development and Operation of Databases and Programming Languages, indicatively: C, Java, HTMP, PHP.
• Good knowledge of the English Language
