Responsibilities:

• Implements, configures and ensures the seamless operation of FiberGrid's OSS Information systems and, at the same time, implements and operates interfaces with BSS, CRM and Network Systems.
• Manages OSS systems for order and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with vendors for the implementation and operation of OSS systems and the development of new capabilities/interfaces.
• Cooperates closely with the Department of Functional Support to Digital Systems Development & Operation of PPC Group to ensure the optimal utilization of the Group's IT Systems that support FiberGrid's operation and implements and operates interfaces of the Group's OSS systems.
• Works closely with FiberGrid's Technical Departments for the technical implementation of products and services including the implementation and seamless operation of the required interfaces with Network Design and Development systems
• Cooperates effectively with OSS systems vendors.
• Provides support and response for emergency incidents.
• Promotes teamwork, cross-departmental collaboration and CX culture.

Requirements:

• University/Technological Education Institute (TEI) bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Networks/Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or a Bachelor of Science or other technological discipline
• At least two years (2) years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and smooth operation of information systems at a Telecommunications Provider or IT Solutions Provider
• Knowledge of Oracle Service Management (OSM), Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM) products will be an asset
• Knowledge of Protocols and Technologies, such as: REST, JSON, JSON API, SOAP
• Knowledge of development and operation of databases and programming languages, indicatively: Java
• SQL knowledge
• Very good Knowledge of the English Language
