Reservations Manager

Lavish Hospitality, a member of DKG Development, specializes in the management of serviced apartments and hospitality assets. The company combines innovative technology, contemporary design, and personalized service to deliver seamless guest experience and exceptional value for property owners.

As a Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all reservation-related activities: bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Manage and grow client accounts with companies, travel agencies and partners
  • Collaborate with management on pricing strategy and revenue goals
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to boost bookings and visibility
  • Update and manage availability and rates in Channel manager
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly hotel reports and statistics

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism/Hospitality
  • At least 3 years of working experience in an equivalent role in a 4* or 5* city hotel
  • Fluency in Greek and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of PMS OPERA and Microsoft Office
  • Strategic thinker and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
