Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Reservations Agent will handle daily tasks such as managing reservations, answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with effective Communication abilities
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the luxury service industry is a plus
- Relevant education or certifications in hospitality or a related field
