About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
ERP Coordinator
to help with the implementation, integration, and ongoing evolution of our ERP and CRM platforms. You'll play a key role in supporting our digital operations, from coordinating with vendors to assisting store teams with system-related tasks and support the company-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact and product owner for our ERP systems, particularly during implementation and integration phases.
- Assist in gathering business requirements from different departments (Retail, Logistics, Finance, etc.) and document workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. SoftOne, Impact, or others) to ensure accurate setup and configuration of functionalities.
- Coordinate with internal developers for feature rollout and platform maintenance.
- Help monitor, test, and maintain system data accuracy and performance.
- Provide administrative and technical support for retail stores during project launches (e.g., system user setup, data entry, report generation, troubleshooting).
- Follow up on project timelines and assist in preparing progress updates for stakeholders.
- Manage ERP accounts, rights, and admin requests.
- Contribute to improving processes and documentation as systems evolve.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration (experience in retail or eCommerce is a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, preferably SoftOne.
- Good understanding of retail operations (inventory, orders, customers, finance).
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data management, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and tools.
Good to have
- Experience with eCommerce or logistics integrations (Magento, SoftOne modules, etc.).
- Exposure to APIs, middleware and system integrations.
