Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα λειτουργεί ως συνδετικός κρίκος ανάμεσα στην εταιρεία και τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες τεχνολογίας, αναλαμβάνοντας τον συντονισμό έργων που αφορούν την ανάπτυξη, αναβάθμιση και μετάβαση του ERP.

Παράλληλα, θα συμβάλλει στη βελτίωση επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και στη μετάφραση των λειτουργικών αναγκών σε τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των πληροφοριακών ροών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός και ευθυγράμμιση επικοινωνίας, ενεργειών και προτεραιοτήτων μεταξύ της εταιρείας και των εξωτερικών συνεργατών IT & ERP, για την αποτελεσματική υλοποίηση έργων και βελτιώσεων

  • Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών αναγκών και μετατροπή τους σε τεχνικές προδιαγραφές

  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα βελτίωσης, ανάπτυξης και μετάβασης ERP συστημάτων

  • Παραμετροποίηση ERP, δημιουργία και εξαγωγή reports, dashboards και αναλύσεων

  • Καταγραφή και αξιολόγηση διαδικασιών με στόχο τη βελτιστοποίηση ροών και την αποτελεσματικότερη αξιοποίηση των δεδομένων

  • Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη των χρηστών στα συστήματα πληροφορικής και ERP

Απαραίτητα προσόντα & δεξιότητες

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP συστημάτων (Atlantis & Soft1)

  • Εμπειρία σε έργα ERP implementation, migration ή process improvement θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα

  • Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Δεξιότητα οργάνωσης και ενορχήστρωσης ενεργειών μεταξύ διαφορετικών λειτουργιών της εταιρείας και εξωτερικών συνεργατών, στο πλαίσιο έργων ψηφιακής μετάβασης

  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα και προσανατολισμός στη λύση

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα

  • Διάθεση για συνεχή εξέλιξη και ενεργό συμμετοχή σε έργα ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού
