ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A is seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our team:

Main responsibilities

• Develop and monitor projects timeline and budget.
• Manage project stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Review of technical documentation, drawings etc.
• Contribute to project engineering implementation.
• Reply to technical questions of customers.
• Report projects progress to the Project Management Team.
• Identify and manage risks and issues during project execution and develop contingency plans.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval or Mechanical is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. Previous experience in Marine industry will be highly evaluated.
• Strong technical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Multitasking with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software would be an asset.
• Previous experience with LV/MV equipment would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, highly collaborative, team player.
• Travelling availability.
