We are looking for a
motivated Project Coordinator
to play a key role in the successful delivery of
innovative energy projects
, contributing to efficient planning, coordination, and execution within a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
  • Coordinate activities, resources, and information between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs
  • Monitor project timelines and update schedules and documentation regularly
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Prepare technical and financial data for offers, tenders, and reports
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking project milestones
  • Participate in client meetings and internal briefings to support project alignment
  • Help resolve operational and technical issues during the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to the organization and monitoring of tasks through Project Management & Issue Tracking tools (preferably Jira)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project support or coordination, preferably in energy, construction, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools
  • Experience or familiarity with Project Management & Issue Tracking software (e.g., Jira) and ERP systems (e.g., Soft1) will be considered an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail
