Construction Coordiantor.

The
Construction Coordinator
will be a member of our core construction team. He/she will assist and support the work of the Head of Construction as well as the work of the Site Engineers of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and oversight of the projects, as part of the construction management team.
  • Manage construction documentation, including drawings, reports, correspondence, and submittals.
  • Review architectural, structural, and mechanical plans, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, evaluating offers and project inputs.
  • Support project scheduling, site inspections, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration across the construction team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architectural engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in construction coordination of residential/hospitality projects
  • Excellent command of
    MS Office
    , task management applications, and
    AutoCAD
    .
  • Knowledge of the New Building Regulation
  • Experience in
    document control
    , including management of correspondence, drawings, and reports.
  • Ability to
    review and compare architectural, structural, and mechanical studies
    .
  • Experience in
    designing and proposing construction-related technical solutions
    .
  • Competence in gathering and analyzing
    technical studies and subcontractor offers
    .
  • Proven ability to
    coordinate and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
    .
  • Strong
    verbal and written communication skills
    in
    Greek and English
    .
