Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager, based in Athens with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery within budget, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, managing project schedules and budgets, enforcing construction safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Construction, Project Control, and Budgeting
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Expertise in establishing and maintaining Construction Safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage resources and meet project deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in sustainable construction techniques is a plus
