The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction Management
to oversee our hospitality and residential projects in Greece. This is a senior role, based in our HQ offices and requires regular site visits to our development projects to guide and monitor the progress of the construction.

The role combines technical leadership with project delivery responsibility. You will drive execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end construction and project management processes
  • Manage general contractors, consultants, and external project managers
  • Follow up the progress of planning, permitting, procurement.
  • Monitor budgets, secure timelines, and uncover potential risks.
  • Uphold quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Report to senior leadership and coordinate with investment and sales teams

Candidate Profile

  • Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
  • 10+ years of strong experience in construction management and development of residential and/or Hospitality 
    large scale 
    projects.
  • Strong on-site project management and construction experience in Greece.
  • Fluent in Greek and English
