Position: Senior Architect (10+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a top-tier Architect — a highly skilled professional with strong design vision, technical accuracy, and proven experience in delivering complex architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee architectural design across all project phases

* Develop creative, functional, and technically sound design proposals

* Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams

* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renders, and presentations

* Ensure design compliance with building regulations & local codes

* Conduct site visits and supervise architectural implementation

* Maintain consistency in high aesthetic and technical standards

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture

* Mastery of all essential design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both concept & execution

* Excellent understanding of construction materials and methodologies

* Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and creativity

* Strong communication and team-collaboration skills

* Must be based in Athens, Greece (or willing to relocate immediately)

* Detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to excellence
