About The Role
We are looking for a
Projects Coordinator
with a
Computer Science background
to oversee and ensure the successful management of all
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and project execution across departments.

This role acts as the
bridge between technical, commercial, and support teams
, ensuring all service commitments are met, timelines are respected, and communication flows seamlessly.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor SLA contracts across multiple customers and departments.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and reporting between technical and business teams.
  • Track and maintain project progress in Zoho Projects and other internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Technical) to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on SLA performance and project status.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or service management.
  • Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and KPI-driven performance management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Projects, SAP Business One, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
