Η Wise Greece αναζητά έναν/μία εξαιρετικά φιλόδοξο/η και έμπειρο/η Συντονιστή/τρια Έργου (Project Coordinator) για την επίβλεψη της υλοποίησης των προγραμμάτων της. Ως μη κερδοσκοπικός οργανισμός που λειτουργεί ως κοινωνική επιχείρηση, η Wise Greece στοχεύει στην προώθηση ελληνικών προϊόντων υψηλής ποιότητας και στη συγκέντρωση χρημάτων για την αγορά τροφίμων για δωρεά σε άτομα και οργανισμούς που έχουν ανάγκη, προσφέροντας παράλληλα εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα και ευκαιρίες αναβάθμισης δεξιοτήτων σε άτομα σε όλη την Ελλάδα.

Ο/Η Συντονιστής/τρια Έργου θα διαχειρίζεται και θα παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση διαφόρων έργων και προγραμμάτων, διασφαλίζοντας την επιτυχή εκτέλεση και τον αντίκτυπό τους. Ο/Η ιδανικός/η υποψήφιος/α θα πρέπει να διαθέτει άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, οργανωτική εμπειρογνωμοσύνη και πάθος για κοινωνικούς σκοπούς.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με ιδρύματα, οργανισμούς και εταιρείες που εμπλέκονται σε έργα και προγράμματα σε όλη την Ελλάδα και την Ευρώπη.
  • Οργανώνει και διαχειρίζεται όλα τα ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με τα αντίστοιχα έργα ή προγράμματα, διασφαλίζοντας τον ομαλό συντονισμό και την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωσή τους.
  • Διεξαγωγή έρευνας και δημιουργία εκθέσεων αντίκτυπου για κάθε έργο ή πρόγραμμα, παρουσιάζοντας τα επιτεύγματα και τα αποτελέσματα.
  • Ανάληψη ευθύνης για την επίτευξη βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPI) των προγραμμάτων, την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων του έργου και τον συντονισμό της κατανομής των δράσεων.

  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες με ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποτελεσματικής ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων υπό πίεση.
  • Αποδεδειγμένες ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδων, στην ενίσχυση της συνεργασίας και στην επίλυση πιθανών συγκρούσεων.
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα για την αποδοχή αλλαγών στις απαιτήσεις του έργου και την ανάλογη προσαρμογή των στρατηγικών.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με ομαδικό πνεύμα, που ενθαρρύνουν την αποτελεσματική συνεργασία μεταξύ των ενδιαφερόμενων μερών.
  • Γνώσεις πληροφορικής και ισχυρή αναλυτική νοοτροπία για έρευνα, άντληση δεδομένων και ανάλυση.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
