As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Athens.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the full logistics cycle: order management, shipping coordination, procurement, supplier communication, warehouse organization, and ERP updates. Experience with order management systems (e.g., WooCommerce) and a strong sense of organization are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Shipment Management

  • Check delivered / pending orders
  • Prepare, photograph, pack, and sort shipments
  • Print shipping labels & organize daily dispatch schedule
  • Track orders (tracking numbers, order details, customer info)
  • Update systems with labels, tracking numbers, and costs

ERP & Invoicing

  • Issue Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices, Purchase Documents
  • Create & update customer profiles
  • Record orders and documents in ERP

Procurement & Suppliers

  • Daily communication with suppliers: orders, stock, timelines, prices
  • Receive and inspect products (expiry dates, quantities, quality)
  • Collect and maintain CE documents, MSDS, COA

Systems & Data

  • Manage orders through WooCommerce
  • Update prices, product data & stock levels
  • Monitor competitor pricing & market trends

Warehouse & Inventory

  • Regular stock counts & ERP updates
  • Daily availability checks
  • Maintain an organized warehouse layout

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems & Excel
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar tools
  • Strong command of Greek & English
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with suppliers, couriers, and partners
