Description

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking "Logistics Coordinator" to be part of our successful team in our Supply Chain Team.

This is a full-time role as a Logistics Coordinator located in Kallithea, Greece.

You have a challenging mission for: 

serving as the indispensable operational backbone of our logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing delivery efficiency, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our dynamic telecommunications landscape.

What you will do:

  • Handle and monitor Sales Orders.
  • Communicate effectively with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Track and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to logistics performance.
  • Verify and reconcile monthly 3PL invoicing.
  • Produce essential reports such as Stock Ageing and ABC analysis.
  • Participate in physical inventories.
  • Contribute to the optimization of Logistics processes and new projects.
  • Monitor 3PL performance and resolve any issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service in relation to logistics matters.
  • Ensure the smooth running of Logistics and Warehouse operations.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and strong time management skills.
  • Adaptability to new needs and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics and warehouse management principles.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others as a team player.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Logistics and Warehouse operations management.
  • Demand Planning experience will be considered an advantage.
