Υπάλληλο Logistics
για την ενίσχυση του τμήματος Logistics και Διαχείρισης Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει ενεργό ρόλο στον έλεγχο, τον προγραμματισμό και την παρακολούθηση των διαδικασιών Logistics, συμβάλλοντας στην ομαλή διαχείριση εισαγωγών, παραλαβών, αποθεμάτων και διανομών.

Καθήκοντα

  • Έλεγχος και προγραμματισμός φορτίων προς παραλαβή και αποστολή.
  • Λογιστική παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση αποθέματος μέσω ERP.
  • Έλεγχος ισορροπίας αποθεμάτων μεταξύ αποθηκών και διαχείριση μεταφορών για την κάλυψη αναγκών.
  • Εξαγωγή αναφορών και KPIs για την παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας.
  • Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με μεταφορικές εταιρείες για την οργάνωση παραλαβών και αποστολών.
  • Καθορισμός χωροταξίας αποθηκών, οργάνωση ραφιών και διαδικασιών περιστροφής αποθέματος (FIFO)
  • Παρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Αγορών και Πωλήσεων για την ορθή εκτέλεση παραδόσεων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ ή ΑΕΙ συναφούς κατεύθυνσης (Logistics, Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel και εμπειρία σε ERP/CRM (γνώση ERP Galaxy θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα σύνταξης reports.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα logistics ή supply chain.
  • Εμπειρία στην εξαγωγή KPIs και παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης.
