Το Destsetters αναζητά εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες – Instructors για την εκπαιδευτική πλατφόρμα της Hotelier Academy, με στόχο την ένταξή τους σε ένα δυναμικό δίκτυο επαγγελματιών που θα αναλάβουν την εκπαίδευση σε ζητήματα Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, F&B, Housekeeping και Operations.
Η Hotelier Academy είναι μια σύγχρονη πλατφόρμα επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης, αφιερωμένη στην ανάπτυξη και ενίσχυση των δεξιοτήτων του ξενοδοχειακού προσωπικού. Μέσα από ένα δίκτυο καταξιωμένων επαγγελματιών του κλάδου και ένα καινοτόμο εκπαιδευτικό μοντέλο που συνδυάζει θεωρία με πρακτικές εφαρμογές, η Hotelier Academy προσφέρει εξειδικευμένα προγράμματα σε τομείς όπως το Hotel Management, τα Sales & Marketing, το F&B, το Housekeeping και οι καθημερινές λειτουργίες των ξενοδοχείων.
Τι θα κάνετε ως Instructor της Hotelier Academy:- Παρουσίαση εκπαιδευτικού υλικού live, σε συνθήκες studio.
- Επικαιροποίηση του εκπαιδευτικού περιεχομένου των παρουσιάσεων, βάσει οδηγιών και σχολίων βελτίωσης
- Δημιουργία σύντομων Q&A, τα οποία αξιοποιούνται για τη λήψη πιστοποίησης παρακολούθησης από του συμμετέχοντες.
Requirements
- 3+ Έτη Εμπειρίας σε έναν ή περισσότερους τομείς του ξενοδοχειακού κλάδου: Management, Sales, Marketing, F&B, Housekeeping, Operations.
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, τόσο προφορικά όσο και γραπτά.
- Άνεση μπροστά στην κάμερα και συνέπεια στην τήρηση προδιαγραφών.
- Η Εμπειρία στον κλάδο της εκπαίδευσηςθα εκτιμηθεί θετικά.
