Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Beauty & Skincare Products Department. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about beauty and skincare, and who excel in providing exceptional customer service to clients across the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding beauty and skincare products, helping them to choose the right products for their needs.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty and skincare industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare sector, is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with beauty and skincare products and trends is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
