If you are passionate about beauty and skincare and enjoy providing excellent customer support, this role is perfect for you As a customer service representative, you will assist customers from Nordic countries with their inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Join us in a fast-paced, engaging environment and help customers discover the best products for their needs

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, and returns efficiently.
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor and foster positive customer relationships.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and maintain professionalism.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • A desire to grow within the beauty and skincare industry
