Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers from the Nordic region, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location while utilizing your language skills and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Document interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting their needs.
