Key Responsibilities
  • Offer high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and proficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues that need escalation.
  • Enhance your skill set through ongoing training and product knowledge development.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
  • Support team onboarding and training by sharing your expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
