Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch, guiding clients through AI products and solutions with expertise and care.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer challenges and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in artificial intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Engage proactively with clients, building lasting relationships while advocating for their needs and feedback.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or AI-related sectors, is highly preferred.
