As a Finnish Speaking Consultant, you will assist clients in understanding and implementing our cutting-edge AI solutions. You will guide them through our product offerings, help resolve any issues, and ensure they receive the maximum benefit from our innovative technologies.

This role not only allows you to leverage your language skills but also provides you with the chance to be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of AI advancements.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Finnish-speaking clients to offer personalized assistance and solutions regarding our AI products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to the clients' needs.
  • Assist clients by troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them to effective solutions.
  • Gather client feedback and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance our services.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the AI industry to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and ensure database accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or consultancy is advantageous but not required.
  • A strong interest in artificial intelligence and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • Able to work well both in teams and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
