Como Consultor de Habla Hispana, ayudarás a los clientes a comprender e implementar nuestras avanzadas soluciones de IA. Guiarás a los clientes a través de nuestras ofertas de productos, ayudarás a resolver problemas y asegurarás que obtengan el máximo beneficio de nuestras innovadoras tecnologías.

Este puesto requiere reubicación en Grecia. Los candidatos deben tener un pasaporte o documento de identidad de la UE válido. Un documento de residencia no es suficiente a menos que ya se encuentre en Grecia.
Responsabilidades- Interactuar con clientes hispanohablantes para ofrecer asistencia personalizada y soluciones con respecto a nuestros productos de IA.
- Realizar demostraciones de productos y sesiones de capacitación adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Asistir a los clientes resolviendo problemas técnicos y guiándolos hacia soluciones efectivas.
- Recopilar comentarios de los clientes y trabajar en colaboración con equipos internos para mejorar nuestros servicios.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en la industria de IA para proporcionar información relevante a los clientes.
- Mantener documentación de interacciones con los clientes y garantizar la precisión de la base de datos.
Requirements
- Fluidez en español y inglés; conocimientos de otros idiomas son una ventaja.
- Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente o consultoría es ventajosa pero no obligatoria.
- Un fuerte interés en la inteligencia artificial y las soluciones tecnológicas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Grandes habilidades para resolver problemas con un enfoque en brindar un soporte excepcional al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar bien tanto en equipo como de forma independiente.
- Orientación al detalle con sólidas habilidades organizativas.
- Deseo de aprender y adaptarse en un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
