This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to car rentals.
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
- Educate customers about rental policies, available vehicles, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, striving for quick resolutions and high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and customer care.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest services, promotions, and rental policies offered by the company.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
