Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Car Rental Department. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about providing great customer support and assisting Finnish-speaking clients in navigating their car rental needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding car rentals.
- Assist customers with vehicle bookings, modifications, and inquiries about rental policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide information on vehicle options, pricing, and available services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complicated customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest car rental offerings and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Adept at problem-solving and able to think quickly to assist customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
