We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Music Streaming Platform Department. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about music and technology while providing exceptional assistance to Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Offer outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users of the music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription details, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features and address user concerns.
- Provide customers with guidance on new features, playlists, and personalized recommendations.
- Gather feedback from users to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the music or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- A keen interest in music and an understanding of streaming technologies.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
