In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients from the comfort of your home, or while enjoying the sun in Greece Your focus will be on resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and product knowledge.
- Propose improvements to customer service processes based on your experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proactive, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
