Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for effective tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
- Participate in training sessions to foster professional development and service excellence.
- Actively seek feedback to improve service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while being self-motivated.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and resolving their inquiries.
